Looking for a Bible Course That Actually Gets Your Kids into the Bible?
Do you wish there was a way to teach your kids (and maybe even yourself!) how to really study God’s Word—right from the pages of Scripture?
Does the idea of starting feel overwhelming… like you’re not quite sure how to guide them through it?
Are you tired of Bible lessons that are all about filling in the blanks—but never actually open the Bible?
If you’re nodding along, we get it—and we’ve been there too.
That’s exactly why Inductive Bible Study Courses are such a game-changer. These courses don’t just talk about the Bible—they teach you how to study it. You and your kids will learn how to approach Scripture with confidence, ask the right questions, and discover truth for yourselves—straight from God’s Word.

So, What Is an Inductive Bible Study Course?
Great question! Inductive Bible Study is a method that helps you slow down and really engage with Scripture—learning to study a book of the Bible by observing what’s there, discovering its meaning, and applying it to life.
Instead of jumping around or relying on fill-in-the-blank answers, this method teaches you and your kids how to:
- Explore the background and author of a book
- Understand how it fits into the bigger story of the Bible
- Read each passage in context
- Spot key words and repeated ideas
- Look for God’s character and actions
- And so much more!
The beauty of the inductive method is that it lets the Bible speak for itself. You’ll learn to slow down, notice details, uncover the main ideas, and draw out truth—all while walking through entire books of the Bible.
And the best part? It’s not just for adults. This approach works beautifully with elementary kids, teens, and grown-ups alike. It’s a hands-on, hearts-engaged way to build Bible literacy together.

Why Is Teaching the Bible at Home So Hard?
If you’ve ever felt frustrated trying to find a Bible curriculum that actually works for your homeschool, you’re not alone—I’ve been there too. I know exactly what I’m looking for… and yet, it always feels just out of reach.
If your kids are anything like mine, they don’t need another round of Bible stories or coloring pages. They already hear the “big stories” at church. What they really need is to learn how to read and study the Bible for themselves.
And let’s be honest—if we as parents don’t teach them how to do that, who will?
Over the years, I’ve heard the same things echoed by so many other homeschool families. Here’s what we’re all looking for in a Bible study resource:
- Serious, Word-centered content—without the fluff
- More than just Bible stories—resources with depth
- A way to move past surface-level learning into true understanding
- A method that uses the actual Bible as the textbook
- A guide to help kids read and understand Scripture on their own
- Something simple enough for kids to use independently
- A study that brings the whole family together
- No prep required—just open it up and learn as you go
- A tool that teaches how to study the Bible, not just what to read
If you’re nodding your head, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place.

Why Choose Inductive Bible Study?
If you’ve been searching for a Bible resource that goes beyond surface-level devotionals and gives your kids a real foundation in God’s Word—you’re not alone.
So many families today are craving something deeper. They don’t want more fluff. They want a Word-driven approachthat uses the Bible itself as the main textbook—not a simplified workbook or a fill-in-the-blank curriculum designed for a classroom.
We’ve heard the same request over and over:
“I would love to see an inductive Bible study resource for homeschoolers!”
“This would fill a HUGE gap!”
And they’re right.
Inductive Bible Study teaches students (and parents!) how to study directly from the text of Scripture by walking through three essential steps:
- Observation: What does the text say?
- Interpretation: What does it mean?
- Application: How should this change me?
This method trains learners to slow down, pay attention, and interact with the Word in meaningful ways. It works beautifully across learning styles—whether your child is visual, auditory, or hands-on—and promotes real engagementwith Scripture.
Best of all? It supports active learning. Your kids won’t just hear about the Bible—they’ll learn how to explore it for themselves.

My Journey with Inductive Bible Studies
Why am I so passionate about sharing these courses with you? Because this method changed everything for me.
I grew up in a Christian home, went to Christian school, and attended church regularly—yet, somehow, I never actually learned how to study the Bible. I was told it was important, but no one gave me the practical tools to dig deep into Scripture myself.
Then, about twenty years ago, shortly after my husband and I got married, we discovered the Inductive Bible Study method—and it was a game-changer. This is exactly the tool I wish someone had handed me back in middle or high school!
Today, my husband serves as a pastor, and I’ve had the joy of leading women’s Bible studies using this method. Even more rewarding, I’ve been able to teach my own kids how to study the Bible on their own—and that’s truly priceless.
