This episode tackles the main barriers that are keeping you from seeing progress toward your big goals. If you don’t know how to fix these problems, you won’t see forward momentum. And when you don’t see forward momentum, it’s much easier to give up on your dreams!

It’s all good and well to get some ideas and inspiration, but unless you implement these ideas, you won’t keep moving toward your big goals. So, take a few minutes and work on these steps. Take action on them and be encouraged! Once you get some quick wins (even scheduling in your goals for the quarter), you will be more likely to keep working on them.
Action Steps to Take:
- Write a list of 20 goals
- Circle your top 5
- Print calendars and break down the tasks into quarterly, monthly, and weekly – write it all down!
- Schedule it in your weekly flow by time blocking
- Crush your goals!
