I am the lady who sits behind your mother in church. We had a conversation about your vacation recently. When our children were the age of your children, we went for two weeks each summer to the top of northern Maine to my parent’s little potato farm on the hill. How much our children loved those vacations, and the memories live with them to this day.

As a poor pastor’s family, we could never have afforded a two-week vacation if it hadn’t been for Dad’s farm.

So nice to see the pictures & posting of White Head. It is like a different culture or world when compared to hustle & bustle of mainstream USA. That’s because there is no main street. No traffic unless it’s the lobster boats hurrying out of harbor in lobster season. Or the few cars lined up to get off the island on the ferry on the scheduled ferry runs of Lady White Head . Thanks Abby. I love Pebble Beach. There’s 1 spot on the islandif we were to ever build it”d be there. We call it our million $ view of the ever changing colors for August sunsets.
